I could care less if a site like google or youtube (expecially) were blocked for a while if those sites are bringing the network to a crawl. I didn't subscribe to the Comcast youtube online service, I subscribed to internet access. If a high volume of users are accessing any bw intense site and the entire network is crawling becuase of it, I would EXPECT them to pull the plug until they can figure out what's happening so that the rest of us can use the internet.
