my friend gave me his psp to fix his dpad his left button is stuck down and when the psps is turned on it automatically moves to the left i have a guide on how to take it apart but i want to know if anyone had similar expreriences
I had the same exact problem, bought a psp from a friend, every so often the dpad would get stuck going left. I ended up taking it apart and theres a little rubber piece connecting the dpad with the mobo. Its got little metal contacts inside of the rubber, mine was damaged. I couldnt fix it so I showed it to a friend, he fixed it by soldering small wires to the contacts, bypassing the rubber piece. All works good now just too bad I dont play it much.
