Got my AT&T bill today and it was jacked up. One phone call fixed it though with an immediate credit...some kind of snafu with the billing change from SBC DSL to ATT DSL. I renewed my PRO with no contract for $24.99. Could have had Elite for $5 more = $29.99. Has always been reliable. Have had it nearly two years and have only been down twice and was back up within a couple of hours of reporting the problem.
