Using Firefox doesn't cost 249$ +15$/month, and I've never had problems with it. Also, iPods have been refined over the past five years, being improved. Zune is a rebadging of a player that has already failed on the market.

I just really, REALLY dislike the Apple policy of only allowing one re-download of an iTunes song, so I choose to not use any of their products.
Here's a tip: BACK UP the songs you buy and there won't be any need to whine about "re-downloading" them, even though Apple does let you do that.
Their burn to CD is also terrible as it burns with no CD Text.
