ArthurS : Go to a local electrical wholesaler (the type electrical contractors typically go to) and ask for the appropriately sized SJ or SJO cable (stranded twisted pair, in a black rubber/pvc jacket). They'll sell it in whatever quantity you need. Be prepared for sticker shock, the price of copper has increased!

galacticroot : I'm trying to find a place to buy maybe 20-50ft of 10awg two conductor (red/black ideally) cable for DC power connection. I thought it would be easy to get, but I haven't been able to find any.

I've been able to find speaker cable that would work, but is expensive since it is for audio.

Does anyone know where a good place to buy this would be? I can't find it at the usual places like Jameco, Digikey, etc... I doubt the local rat shack has it. I don't want a large spool either. Something that costs under $50.

For heavier connections, welding cable is readily available and the wires can be separate, but the availability of two conductor cable between 2-4 and 16AWG seems very limited.
