I was curious if anyone knows of any type of Windows based Open Source or possibly some type of forum/tutorial about programming a windows based PPPoE connection software. All I have found is "oh...well why don't you just download this?"

Well I'm making this for my small company and we want to make our own interface and ease of use, etc.
