Whether or not Comcast ran a technician in question through their 'rigorous' training, any individual doing the work for Comcast is a representation of Comcast. They made sure the contractor fired him. In the US, getting bad employees is a foregone occurrence. The school systems now turn out uneducated lazy bums more than anything else.

I would also completely agree, and could go higher than 85%, but I wasn't about to start directly pointing fingers and starting the flame war considering that's not really the topic. The anti-teacher crowd lurks among us.
I mean, haven't you heard, school is just a gov't funded daycare to a lot of parents, from what I've seen.

Why not: "My kid is a totally idiot at ..." bumper stickers.
Parents don't attend PTA meetings, but they certainly beg for money at stores for their kids sports teams and cheerleading outfits. | |
