Diskeeper.com being blocked

Chick join:2000-12-27 Waterford, CT	Diskeeper.com being blocked I just got off the phone with Diskeeper about why my receipt which had not arrived. They checked and said their email to me was being bounced as spam. It seems they managed to get themselves on the NJABL (Not just another black list) and they are having a tough time getting it cleared up. Their email always went through when we were myeastern. Does Metrocast subscribe to different black list and is there anything I can do to get diskeeper emails? It really seems strange having to go to Hotmail to get my email because my ISP is blocking it.

billh491 join:2001-08-09 Pomfret Center, CT	This is happening more and more. I have my own domain name and it's spam catcher will get things I want. But I have a chance to look at it when ever I want to see what is in the net. I also have a spam filter built in to Outlook 2003 and when I ordered an Ipod oddly Microsoft bagged the emails coming from Apple about the purchase and put them in junk mail. I just thought that was so funny.

ultatryon join:2002-04-10 Waterford, CT	reply to Chick Many invoice and receipt emails are tagged as spam, as they follow the "standard spam format".. prices, links, sometimes lots of images, and generally no address at the bottom. The criteria for spam detection does not take into account the context of the message, just the content.
