So according to this new precedent if I say Bill Gates makes shitty operating system (THIS IS HYPOTHETICAL I DON'T MEAN THIS PLEASE DONT SUE ME!!!)then I can be sued? Or would I have to say something like "Bill gates puts viruses in his operating systems" Wtf. What about all the rants, people talking about how crappy their expereience was with certain ISPs here? They can now be sued? This is so ridiculous. I hope the lady that won this money looses her business and goes bankrupt. Am I allowed to say that?
