srginfo : Hi there - I recently had a client with exactly this problem. The problem is with the Netgear WGT624 V3. If you go to the Netgear support website and do a lookup for the FAQ on the WGT624V3 you'll find a document about setting up the router as an Access Point. In the notes it states that DHCP information might not be passed through the Netgear correctly.

The fix I made was to enable the DHCP server in the Netgear. However - one has to be careful to set the IP range so as not to conflict/duplicate addresses from the other DHCP server. I achieved this by giving each DHCP server a different range of addresses.
e.g DHCP server 1 - 192.168.2.1 to 192.168.2.100
DHCP server 2 - 192.168.2.101 to 192.168.200
Also note that the DNS server for DHCP server 2 must be the IP address of the router running DHCP server 1.

This fix worked for us.
