| my msn premium with a error 55 code help hi my msn premiun with verizon is giving me fits i have tried alot of things basically i can't sign in as the admin only as a guest and i can't make any changes, my kids subnames show up in the sign in window but not mine only one that has no email associated with it more like a name i changed on my laptop and now anytime i try to use it i get a error 55 in the corner somehow it doesn't show an e-mail just the screename without the @msn.com . when i sign in as a guest my account works fine but i can't adjust settings as i'm told i'm a guest on my laptop. i have tried reinstalling msn, cookies delete etc, the shift,ctrl,etc but when it resets i get the same list of names without the admin name any suggestions? thanks |

We know the software is ok because you can sign in as a guest, so it's probably server side.
