 | Why 3web /CIA will never succeed... 1) Their service is great when I don't need it. I've been monitoring my internet connection and it's best when I wake up in the morning... 5700/700 with speakeasy.net... but I don't use the internet in the morning, I use it in the evening. This is then the spead test is 300/700. I might as well go back to rogers and get super ultra really slow lite high speed access.
2) I don't believe in bitching on a forum or newsgroup without contacting the company first to see if there are problems and if they can be resolved. Unfortunately with 3web I can't get through via e-mail or phone. E-mails are not returned and phone calls get the same "I'm sorry we can not connect you at this time ...." recording. Does anyone work at 3web?
This brings me to the toughest question. How the heck do I cancel my service? Anyone...
