| Industry titans it seems the corporate apologists are out as usual here.... I would say a number of the city councilman are being bribed, paid off,lobbied by the local Corporate Broadband provider to indeed slow everything down because they don't want to lose their monopoly. the San Francisco Chronicle should do a little investigative reporting and find out whom is receiving contributions and expose them for what they are. Corporate shills. hey the majority of the citizenry want this.... |

| I guess someone skeptical might note that the same corporations doing that may, or may not, be doing any bribing are some of the SF Chronicle's biggest advertisers. In which case, well... you fill in the blanks. I would never say that though, I am not that skeptical.  |
