| Buckeye resorts to even MORE throttleing Past two days or so my upload speeds on Azureus have dropped by a factor of 10-20....no matter how many seeders/leechers or what time of day. Just plugged the same laptop with the same torrents into my neighbors SBC/DSL and the torrent upload speed shot right up.
Obviously not my torrents, PC, or client. It is not my modem, router, nic, or cable as ftp and speed tests (on cable) show upload 10-20 times higher than torrent upload speed.
PLEASE can we get some cable competition in this one horse town.  |
