Internet Speed and TV Complaints and other support by email
I finally was able to find out the email for Atlantic Broadband's support. It is
make sure you put in .com because it's not .net like the rest.
If you wish to complain about your speed, email them with your complaints A.S.A.P. I am already complaining about having 320kbs/320kbs for Starter for like two years now while Preferred and Max have been upgraded a couple of times, at least way more then starter.
Also, I complained about basic cable being just that, extremely basic. It's almost nothing but local channels, it's really not even with $20.
