Does it matter if you run bit torrent on your router or your computer when isps like cablevision are blocking it and capping you for using it?

Yeah really. Maybe having more of these hardware devices out there will lead to more people complaining about stuff not working right, and eventually getting ISPs to stop breaking BT.
