So you have the local cops who make say 3000 - 4000 dollars a month, and...oh yeah...the big guy with an income of 31,000,000 a year or so.

Cops here start in the upper 20's. Sad, sad pay to risk your life IMO. But, yeah, he said million and the "big guy", as has been said, would probably be Shaq.
