divera : I understand there are some here that have are peeved at Cyberonic, so yes, I understand the concept of voting w/ my wallet. That being said...

So this weekend my usually solid 6.0/768k connection goes down so I call support yesterday and have Neil help me out. After I hang up, 10 minutes later I'm back up and running at limited speeds, 384/384k, but I remain in fastpath mode which I thought was odd. Then it hit me. I connected a new phone this past weekend and of course forgot the stupid filter. After unplugging said phone, my SN ratio jumps from 28dB to 40+dB. So, should I be safe in the assumption that this was severely affecting my connection and if so as is probably the case, I assume Cyberonic has to be the one to lift the 384k cap currently put on my connection?? Thanks in advance for the help.

Dave
