| Yikes! I can hear them but they can't hear me. on CIA local phone w/free internet.
When I dial out or they dial in they can't hear me. I hear them fine.
Apparently there is static on the line when the line connects.
Voicemail still works, so they can leave a message if I don't answer the phone but if I can't call them....
Email to the company. Lets see how long this takes. |

| Solution: I unplugged the Voice Terminal and plugged it back in and was able to hear other people on an outgoing call.
This option is not mentioned in their helpfile, but it when I read this page I decided to give it a try.
