employees. Its nice how they make all the money but employees have to tighten there belts. |

| sorry, but this isn't true in term of bonuses.
in fact, in my 7 years of working for Qwest, the last 3 years are the times when i've gotten the largest bonuses (10-15%) |

Eugene, OR | I call being able to get over $10,000 a month in bonus's a month to less than $4,000 because they lowered the pay out. I call that a cut. |

sales objectives and payouts do fluctuate. Maybe they thought that you making 150-180K a year didn't add up to the revenue brought in.
