Trace Routes <B>cannot</B> tell you if a site is up or down anymore when so many sites and ISPs block ICMP at their border routers. Also, this site is full of what looks like random, sometimes broken, redirects.  It looks like weather warnings in the Pacific when it works.]]></description>
