| Yup, I've been seeing them a lot as well. Nothing in the StL city limits from what I can tell...Though, the cell tower next to Nance Elementary (Halls Ferry Circle) looks like it has a terminal there

STL ranked pretty high there on the most dangerous city list. |

How do you know it inst in your neighborhood? Could be you just haven't come across wherever they are placing it at. |

Well considering the ranking was based solely on the City which is roughly 300,000 residents and didn't include the outer suburbs which house roughly 900,000, I would say that report is some what skewed. |
