Re: Spoecific regions of each city? In theory, its coming to Santa Clarita (including the 'poor' areas of Newhall/Saugus).
I personally think they'll target areas where people subscribe to cable/satellite. In neighborhoods in the San Fernando Valley , many use a decent pair of rabbit ears and don't have to shovel $$$ to cable or satellite.
I think they're trying to target those that want it all but for a lower price. Basically, your average person. High end wants HD and high speed, and doesn't care about the price (TimeWarner/former Comcast). |
