Re: Digital 2.0 Poll You won't believe it. I voted "Yes but it needs some work...". Now with that in mind it ( Digital 2.0 ) wasn't very well thought out in my opinion. The design does not take ease of use and functionality into account. Most customers will be just plain frustrated trying to use it. Yes I'm aware with change frustration comes. But you can ease this with good design and a bit of everyday logic. Whoever tested this either didn't give good feedback or their feedback was ignored.
Maybe I've missed it. But can you even search easily by category? I mean - since the time has been taken to put all the channels in their supposed perspective categories. Can you actually search the channels in this same manner. If you can I've not seen anything that would logically lead me to the conclusion that I could.
Lets not even get into how the hardware running this new product is still a very sorry excuse for technology.
Can we vote on how many times the hardware lags and almost completely locks up while performing simple task? Can a vote be taken about how many people here have reported this type of behavior time and again? Will a vote be taken asking who feels the DVR units can't handle their job? A memory upgrade would do them a lot of good.
