Got it installed and went a testing on a porn educational site that has banner ads. Had to reconfigure Proxo, as it blocked banner ads before, but did not with this .txt file.
Checked some sites for pop-ups, and was ok there. Looks like its good to go. Just some minor configuration on the user's part.
