<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/247350"><b>3SGTE</b></A> : I would suggest talking to a shop that has had to make a claim on someone's policy. <br><br>I have seen a wide range of these insurance policies, some are good, some are not. Some interpret the contracts fairly, some do not. In the some of the examples shown, to varying degrees, even if interpreted equitably, there are exclusions that would result in common repairs not being covered.<br><br>It really is a bit of a gamble, hope it works out ok.<br><SMALL>--<br>Overheard: "I could careless matter of Fact"<br></SMALL>]]></description>

It may well be within the rights of an insurer to amortize all replacement parts. In other words, if a transmission is 10 years old, they could declare it's worth $75 or like that. ]]></description>
