Outage

anon : :mad:We have been down for a few hours so far in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Our clients have been trying to call and fax, but get only a dead line. No messages or other information to tell them what is happening. This is the only information I could find on the internet. Customer service hung up on me. I contacted another office in downtown Chicago with XO, and they have had no troubles.
