An invite is necessary, and I have sent you one.

Could I also get an invite? I've "configured" my line monitor parameters but I don't see any results - Not sure if the "invite" is necessary. Thanks!

Dynamic IP does not seem to work unless there is an IP address also entered in the Static IP.

Originally did setup with my current Dynamic IP, monitoring did not work. Did what crewfan69 did (put in IP number as static) and monitor worked.

Then without removing Static IP, checked box for Dynamic IP and put number in. Monitor worked.

Let it run this way for a day, then removed only the Static IP number and the monitor stopped.

Have now returned to entries in both Static and Dynamic (with Dynamic still checked) and monitoring has resumed.

Looks to me like the "dynamic feature" does not really work as advertised.

Hey its working now. After a week without data I changed the setup to static from dynamic and a few hours later I had data. Changed back to dynamic and its working.

I am not sure why it is not working if you have done everything correctly and you know you are pingable.

Check your current IP address to make sure it is the same one entered into the monitor.

Well skj its been about two days and still no data results. I'm in the Charter HSI Monitor list but nothing there either. Not even my IP. So, what now?

Give it a day to see if it works.

You should put click the dynamic "square" and put the IP address in the box.
Yep, already done that but still no joy.

I set up monitoring yesterday afternoon (Feb. 15) and have yet to see any data, or graphs on the Results page. I have a dynamic account. Should I edit Monitor Control and place my IP in the static field? Also, I just disabled SPI in my router's set up page and I am pingable.

Not sure if you are looking for the same thing, but gbondy See Profile was looking for the " My home connection" link. It is the 4th from the bottom.

I'm with gbondy. The link takes me to Prefs/Profile+. I don't see a tab for "flair."

Yes, I see the link. As I said there is no "My Home Connection" in the drop-down box.

I'm in as well, thanks skj. Though per the instructions on the first page of the thread, in my /prefs/flair I don't see a "My home connection" in the dropdown options. Am I blind, or is that a paid feature?

Thanks again.
