The report I receive periodically always has this statement:
********** EMPTY REPORT ********* You selected dynamic IP, but we are not receiving IP updates for it yet. ===================================
Any clues from this?

| Since you indicated you have a dynamic IP, if your IP address has changed than the monitor will not be able to receive any data. You would have to enter in your new IP address. --
