You should connect a serial cable to the unit to determine why the radio doesn't like the new firmware. Unless you have a corrupted flash there is no reason for the radio not to take the upgrade.

I need your help with a Tsunami 5054 mp11a SU which now is not functional. Power led is always red (other leds off). This means I need to reload the firmware using the scantool. The problem is I can not find the firmware version 1.2 (this unit is rather old).Recent version releases are not compatible.
