Someone, not the advisor, locked the posts so I could not reply back. This person even said themself that my thread is done. RUDE!!

Long story short. I had a so called tech (friend) help me with some problems on my pc. He was pd for some CD's and not give me the goods. In turn he told me he has my ISP (or is it IP?) address. Is there someway that I can change it or check to see if anyone has been on it? Yes, I am broadband too.
