| Just use a popup stopper I have 0% of my bandwidth being used by popup ads.
I hate popups and they are nothing less than telemarketing calls without the ringing of the phone.
To eliminate the crap, I just use popup stopper by panicware.
No more popups.
Now, if only it were that easy and cheap to do to my home phone...

you know that melody that's played before the announcement that the number you have reached has been disconnected? If you play that every time you answer the phone the computers that harvest/maintain telephone numbers for the telemarketing companies will delete your number from their list. |
