Its a terrible thing. Imagine these people using encrypted e-mails to scheme large-scale suicide bombings. Quite frankly, its the only notable thing they'll do. The people who try to learn will be oppressed by these groups of destructive people.

A recent article in Macleans got me thinking... How are we suppose to convert (wo)men who were taught and encouraged violence and killing since childhood to be productive to the country's development?
