All I have now is TCP/IP and Linksys LNE100TX(v5) Fast Ethernet Adapter under Network in control panel. It still tells me my network is not complete when I open network or try to close it.  It has been doing that for a long time. I do not notice a change in speed etc... Later. |

Really, I will be sure to inform all the Comcast employees I talk to on a daily basis that I am unable to continue supporting the migrations as its illegal.

BloTac should be reading sites like this everyday if BloTAC is interested in learning about her job. There are a multitude of things that BloTAC could learn and use daily to help customers in her chosen occupation.
When Hobgoblin was doing the job that BloTAC does now he learned many things about the cable industry from all sorts of people who know lots of diverse stuff. Hobgoblin used much of this to move up the corporate tree and returned what he learned to this forum on thousands of occasions.
BloTAC should also learn that not everyone posting in here answers the phone and that people have responsibilities that might include working with other companies to smooth transitions. While phone agents may indeed not have access to billing systems for obvious reasons there are other people doing different things that require said access.
BloTAC should then ensure that her comments are correct before she accuses Hobgoblin of illegal activities and trying to pack him of to Jail.
BloTAC should also figure out how to read her IM's as I explained all this over two weeks ago.
I will be in Buffalo in the next two weeks meeting with BloTACS managers and Director, maybe BloTAC would like to come and discuss this in person.

A little update. A few weeks ago I switched to the new RCA Cable Modem and things are running smoothly. I just did a speakeasy speed test using Seattle Wa and got a 4,075/422 which is very good for around here. Yippee! |
