Qwest is losing phone customers to competition and all they can do is come up with crap like this. All their ads do is slam Cox. FUD (fear, uncertainity and doubt) is all they are good for. Makes you wonder how much hurt Cox is applying. -- Of all the people I know... you're one of them.
