I have shared my NVBell DSL connection with 4 PCs using ICS that comes with Windows 2000. For my PPPoE software I am using RASPPPoE v0.95B. No problems at all. I do suggest using a hub for more than 2 PC's as you run out of slots for NIC's :P

If you have to buy a hub, got for the Linksys one(s). I'm been using one (the 4 port model) with NVBell for 6 months now, with no problems.
