Full kill gear? Is that what you call body armor? This is standard MO for an arrest of hostile suspects. Ask ANY police officer what proper procedure is for this situation and they will tell you the same. This was a fringe community stockpiling military grade arms. The ONLY way to make an arrest is to come in from multiple entries and protected.
