Yeah, a lot of CLECs have great service when you sign-up then you have to wait 30-60 mins to gripe about their incompetence.
Just read DSLXtreme's reviews to see how "Great" a CLEC DSL provider is. "I got 3 meg through SBC but not through DSLX. What's up with that!"
Then, this CLEC is only competent is doing anything when you post a horrible review and DSLX people show-up.
Maybe the DSLX GM should get his company to "work for reviews" BEFORE their customers bash the company here.
