USR 8054 wont stop rebooting

Hi,

My USR 8054 Wifi Turbo Access point and Router has gone haywire. it reboots every 10 seconds, and I cannot get connected to it via a cable to change the settings or channel. The reset doesn't do anything!

Can anyone please help?
