Slow downs between 4:30 and 6:00

Anyone know why this is happening.

I live in Maumee

While I dont expect flawless internet service all the time. I do not expect something like this to be consistent.

I've been told by a couple sources that BEX was having several network and DNS issues over the past 2+ weeks. From what I can tell, things have improved, but it still isn't 100%.
