I'm surprised my self that the outage lasted as long as it did but forwarding or rerouting calls would have been useless without SS7 routing.]]></description>

Unbelievable they were not able to re-route calls or forward calls for customers - let alone their own support call center!<br><br>Luckily for XO, media coverage has been very light.
