Google Privacy Question

When you click on a link to a website through Google, what information about you is available to the web site administrator other than IP address? Would this information differ if you just entered the web site directly?

If you have privacy concerns you could use another portal, build a dedicated browser-comptuer with nothing personal on it, etc.

Besides, we already know everything worth knowing about you. You ISP may be inspecting your IP packets anyway.
