Both Ch 3 (CBS) and Ch 6 (ABC) carried news items on Monday evening at 5:30 or 6pm. They even ran them first as the lead stories. I noticed Ch6 made it clear that most of Philly could not get FIOS TV yet, but parts of Mont, Bucks, Delaware and one other county I forget could now subscribe.
