You do not need to do port forward, as I can see, your modem are not in router mode. You're using PPP adapter, which is you're using dialup from your windows/pc.
One thing, your modem are configured at 192.168.1.1. 192.168.1.2 is your NIC IP add, if you're configuring your modem to be a router or using another router, that's the ip address you should do port forwarding.
