I dont want Dumb Pipe. I want Dumb Copper/Fiber/Wireless/Coax (Layer1- Physical) and I want to chose my Bandwidth/Routing, and Services Providers.
I want true and Fair Competition. |

From what I see on the television, 1/2 to 3/4 of that is used to create those stupid tri-fecta commercials that comcast keeps running every 10 minutes. |
