| Powerline broadband is a joke... BPL is a four letter word, "joke". The interference will become a factor at some crucial point if it continues using the same unshielded lines. I just wonder who the idiot was who thought this would work. I mean, park under high tension wires, and you already hear the interference in the AM band, and thats without any carrier noise, just high voltage. Add carrier noise to that line, and I could see where it could splatter interference. Why would someone bother with this slow crap when the other options available are cheaper to deploy anyway. Why doesn't the people who are REALLY interested in faster internet write their government officials and demand it, or simply move to a better suited area.
