All day Sunday and still today, Monday. Only outbound calls will work. If you try to call in you get a recording that is cut off at the beginning stating the 'service is temporarily unavailable'.
I can barely access the website to get the contact info to call about this issue. It has been well over 24 hours. this is pathetic from a telco.
Hi, I agree. I went with Voice Wing from Vonage because I thought if Vonage went belly up I would lose my phone number. Now I'm back with the Telco (Or their contractor) I thought I would be safe. Guess I'm wrong.. If they only had kept their landline service competitive I would go back. However all the BS charges. I would go back to VONAGE before anyone else. I had only minor problems with them.
