what happen to the elementry-school-drop-out/manager that was on the phone?
Hopefully the sent him back to 5th grade. I listen to that recording and they guy was a fricken idiot. He CLEARLY says that it's .002 CENTS then when does that math he gives the amount in DOLLARS. Even people that don't know math know enough that if you start with CENTS the answer is going to be in CENTS. That guys logic is like saying Johnny has 3 apples and Jane has 4 apples so together they have 7 bananas.
