$0.015 cents per kilobyte..OK...how do you pronounce that?

Since when do we combine fractions and decimals? It's still .015 of a DOLLAR, for crying out loud.

Can you imagine anyone saying "point zero fifteenths of a cent"? What the hell would that equate to?

I am feeling the need to break something...
