| ATT doesn't play too fair ATT (SBC) techs rips my stuff out all the time. I work for a CLEC in Wisconsin and their techs, in certain areas, completely destroy my wiring and equipment and then tell the client that their downtime wouldn't have happened if they wouldn't have switched or if they switch back ASAP, they can get the problem fix "Today".. |

| And how often are you terminated on the wrong side of the demarc because you think it might just be a little faster?? |

| I have yet to touch ATT (SBC) equpiment. We had one of our techs punching on the wrong side and was caught by a SBC Super who took his name and badge number. The next day his clearance into the SBC building was revoked. Lesson learned and I say again...I have never touch SBC's side of anything |
